Here at East Kilbride Sea Cadets we're all about having fun in a serious way.
We are part of a national organisation called the Sea Cadet Corps. Our main aim is to make sure that both cadets and adults alike enjoy their time with activities such as sailing, swimming, expedition training & sports. Why not find out more about what we do.
Along the way you'll learn skills that will stay with you for life. Skills such as cooking, IT,& leadership are but a few of the skills you will gain whilst you are a member of the unit. We spend a lot of our time out on the water where the fun really is. Every year our cadets have the choice of different water based activities. Canoeing, Windsurfing, Pulling (Rowing), Power Boating & Sailing. We do them all. Doesn't that sound a lot more fun that being sat in front of the TV?
All our instructors are highly qualified and along with the cadets will make you feel welcome from the very beginning. You'll even make some new friends.
